Served in U.S. Air Force, 1977-81. Georgetown University School of Law, LL.M., 1979. U.S. Air Force Reserve, 1981-. Member, Federal Bar Association; Maryland State Bar Association (litigation law section); Prince George's County and J. Franklyn Bourne Bar Associations; Federal Magistrate Judges Association; Marlborough American Inn of Court. Faculty member, Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers.
