Managing partner, Piper and Marbury, 1966-71 (associate, 1952-58; partner, 1958-71). Instructor, McCoy College of The Johns Hopkins University, 1954-62. Board of Directors, Legal Aid Society, 1958-71; Commercial Industrial Combined Health Appeal, 1964-71. Board of Directors, Maryland Division, American Cancer Society, 1958- (chair, 1969-71).
