Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1975. Staff attorney and full-time lecturer, Developmental Disabilities Law Project, University of Maryland School of Law, 1976-78. Directing attorney, Evergreen Legal Services, Port Angeles, Washington, 1978-80. Member, Maryland State Bar Association, 1975-2000; Baltimore City Bar Association, 1987-2004; Women's Law Center of Maryland; National Association of Women Judges, 1993-2001. Member, J. Dudley Digges Inn of Court, 1992-2000 (president, 1996-97). Jennifer L. Robbins Award from Maryland Attorney General in recognition of special achievement in field of human services, 1991.
