University of North Carolina; University of Baltimore, A.A., 1959; University of Baltimore School of Law, LL.B., 1961. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1961. Member, Maryland State and Somerset County Bar Associations. Past member, Maryland State's Attorneys Association; National District Attorneys' Association. Died at Marion Station, Somerset County, Maryland, August 13, 2006.
