Recipient of service awards, Prince George's County Charter Board, 1970; Volunteer Parole Committee, American Bar Association, 1973; Pro Bono Committee, Maryland State Bar Association, 1985. Member, Civitan, 1984. Tutor, Literacy Council, 1992.
