Law clerk to Judge Kenneth Lavon Johnson, Baltimore City Circuit Court, 1985-86. Member, American, Maryland State, Baltimore City and Monumental City Bar Associations. Board of Governors, University of Baltimore Alumni Association; Air Force Sergeants' Association. Outstanding Advisor of the Year, Student-Veterans Club, University of Baltimore, 1984. Maryland Community Colleges Excellence Award, 1990. Joint Service Achievement Medal, 1998. Deacon, Mount Moriah Baptist Church.
