The Governor's Construction Industry Employers' Advisory Council was established in February 1988 by the Governor (Executive Order 01.01.1988.04). The Council assisted the Governor in fostering a healthy and expanding construction industry in Maryland. The Council also reviewed State and local problems affecting the industry and recommended solutions to the Governor. The Council last met in 1994.
