Born in Billings, Montana, 1929. University of Washington, B.A. (sociology), 1951, M.A. (social work), 1954. Vice-President, University Research Corp., Chevy Chase, 1979-80. Director of Corporate and Foundation Giving, United Jewish Appeal, Inc., 1991-94. Interim Executive Director, League for People with Disabilities, 1996-98. Member, Beth Am Synagogue, Baltimore. Married; five children, five grandchildren. Died in Baltimore, Maryland, November 20, 2006.
