Member, Prince George's County Women's Political Caucus; Coalition for Labor Union Women (vice-president, Maryland chapter; DC chapter); National Council of Negro Women; National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP); Prince George's County Rainbow Coalition. Former president, Camp Springs Civic Association. Board member, Prince George's County Planned Parenthood Association. Member, Ebenezer African Methodist Episcopal Church. Married.
