Born in Dundalk, Maryland, March 16, 1933. Attended Dundalk High School. Served in U.S. Navy, 1952-56. Attended Dundalk Community College, 1972-73; Essex Community College, 1974. Owner and operator of Minnick's Restaurant and Catering Service. Member, Democratic State Central Committee, Baltimore County, 1986. Member, Baltimore County Licensed Beverage Association (president, 1975-76); Restaurant Association of Maryland (board of directors, 1990-92). Member, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post no. 6694; American Legion Post no. 38; Knights of Columbus. Married; three children.
