Member, Rules and Executive Nominations Committee, 1995-2003.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, March 24, 1924. Attended Baltimore County public schools; Essex Community College; University of Maryland. Masonry contractor. Served with U.S. Army in South Pacific during World War II. Member, Fifth District, Fifteenth District, Riverside, Bird River, Norris, Deep Creek and East End Democratic Clubs. Member, American Legion; Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW); Hawks; Federation of Independent Business Men. Married; six children, sixteen grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
