Board member, Citizens for Fair Representation, 1992. President, Stepping Stones Homeless Shelter, Rockville, 1994. Member, Maryland Building Industry Association. Received 1st Place, Finest for Family Living, Suburban Maryland Building Industry Association (SMBIA). Alexandria Civil Neighborhood Revitalization Award. Three children.
