Chair, Legislative Committee, Carroll County Association of Realtors, 1986-90. Member, American Association of Certified Appraisers; Carroll County Chamber of Commerce; National Federation of Independent Businesses. Director, Bank of Maryland Carroll County. Realtor of the Year, Carroll County Association of Realtors, 1975. Vice-Chair, Church Council, Church of the Open Door, Westminster. Married; four sons.
