Director, Trotter-Speights & Associates, business consultants. Vice-President for New Development, American Capital Partners, Landover, Maryland. Former adult rehabilitation director for Bureau of Rehabilitation. Delegate, Democratic Party National Convention, 1988, 1996. Former member, Maryland Municipal League. Married; two daughters, five grandchildren, one great-grandson. Died in Baltimore, Maryland, May 3, 2004.
