The 168th volume of the Archives of Maryland series is the Maryland Manual for 1959-60. It was compiled by the State Archivist, Morris L. Radoff and issued by the Secretary of State, Thomas B. Finan. A pocket in the back of the volume contains a copy of the state road map (not in the online version) and a brochure with pictures of the State Flag, Seal, Song, Flower, Bird and Tree (view the brochure
